water, water, all around, and not a drop that's not bullshit

31.07.2009 i just saw this blogpost on coolhunting and it riled a few of my feathers (i don't have many).

read this:

now, surely the second paragraph is "overly pretentious" (unpolluted by the taint of civilization...magnifies its thirst-quenching power), uses "flowery language" (natural spring water aquifer located deep..) and comes close to referencing something along the lines of "Caribbean vistas" (Victorian Alps).

what say you? to me this brand (in order to work according to this article) would need to forget about sourcing mineral water altogether and just bottle tap water à la Coca-Cola.

i'm not going to rant on...
